Requesting a Refund

We guarantee your satisfaction! If any product doesn't measure up to your expectations after 200 days, we'll cheerfully  refund its purchase price (not including any shipping and handling) -- and you don't even have to return the product!

Please follow these instructions to request a refund under our 200-day money back guarantee.

  1. Your request must be received in writing at our address below,
    via U.S. Postal Service mail
    , within 200 days of your order.

    You do not need to return the product.
  2. Your request must include all of the following information, in writing:
  • Your name
  • Your complete mailing address
  • The address to which the product was delivered
  • Your telephone number
  • Your e-mail address
  • The date of your order
  • Your order number
  • Name of the product for which you are requesting a refund
  • If the product was a registered eBook,
    the userID and password assigned to you
  • Amount of the refund you are requesting
  • The credit card number to which the order was charged
  • Credit card expiration date
  • Credit card security code (what is this?)
  • Name of the cardholder from the credit card
  • Credit card billing address
  • An explanation of why you were not satisfied with the product
  • Your original signature

Refund requests that do not include all of the above information will not be honored. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of our receipt of your complete written request. Orders charged to a credit card will only be issued as a credit against the same credit card account.
